Location - Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre @ 1767 Island HWY. Picnic area is located behind the Rec. Centre near the playing fields and playground. Picnic starts at 12:00. Bring your own lunch and lawn chair.

Picnic Hike – Option 1- Esquimalt Lagoon/Shoreline
Meet at the parking area on Ocean Boulevard (off Island Highway) just past the wooden lagoon bridge. Hike starts at 10:00. Hike includes Charlie's Trail. Approx 1.5-2 hrs. Hike is 200m - 6kms. Must be able to cross over a log 3 feet high across trail. Leader is Wendy E. No need to sign up...just show up.
