Meet at the Sooke Hills Wilderness parking lot (South Trailhead) on Sooke Road.

Hike is 550 m – 12.5 kms – 5 hrs.

Hike takes Sue’s Trail to Shepherd Creek hydro road. From there, a steep, rough flagged ascent to Crows Nest and some salal bashing over to Corner Hill. A steep descent is followed by a short rooty section to join the Shepherd Creek and Veitch Creek trails home.
