Meet on the west side of the Johnson Street Bridge (Blue Bridge) near the blue Adirondack Chairs at 4:00pm. Park behind or beside the Delta Hotel. Walk first goes west along the water, then returns to the Inner Harbour and ends at the Lights of Wonder exhibit in Centennial Square. Dress warmly and bring a flashlight. No need to sign-up, simply show up.
