All smiles as OCV President Liz Bicknell thanks Oak Bay Mayor Kevin Murdoch and Vancouver Island Trail President Ken Milbrath at the official designation ceremony marking Anderson Hill Regional Park in Oak Bay as the start of the Vancouver Island Trail. The trail will run from Victoria to Cape Scott on the North West of the island and is approximately 800 kms of through hiking.
